  • Browse our online store to view all available products.

  • Select the desired item and quantity, then add it to your cart.

  • Review your shopping cart carefully before proceeding to checkout.

Checkout Process

  1. Click on the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

  2. Enter billing and shipping information accurately.

  3. Review your order details including selected products and quantities.

  4. Choose your preferred payment method.

Payment Methods

  • We support credit and debit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, etc.

  • Payment Process:

    1. Select your card type at checkout.

    2. Enter card details securely.

    3. Confirm your payment.

    4. Payment will be authorized and verified.

    5. Upon successful authorization, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • All payments are securely processed and we do not store full card numbers.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours can be cancelled directly.

  • Orders over 48 hours or already shipped cannot be cancelled immediately; you may wait for delivery and request a return.

  • Cancellation Process:

    1. Contact our customer support via email or phone with your order number and payment information.

    2. We will process your request and notify you of approval.

    3. Refunds will be arranged according to our Refund Policy.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Period: 30 days after signing for the order.

  • Eligible Conditions: Product defects, quality issues, significant color deviation, wrong item received, odor, or optional returns.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact our customer support via email or phone, providing order number, payment information, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos.

    2. Upon approval, we will provide a return address and return label.

    3. Return the product to the designated address and wait for us to receive it.

    4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed.

  • Exchange Process:

    1. Contact support as above to request an exchange.

    2. Return the original product using the provided return address and label.

    3. After inspection, the replacement item will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are returned to the card used for payment (Visa, MasterCard), typically within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Information

  • Delivery Area: United States only.

  • Shipping Fees: Orders over $136 are free; orders up to $136 are charged $11.99.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM Monday to Friday (PT) are processed the same day; otherwise, processing begins the next working day.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8-15 business days after shipment.

  • Carrier: UPS.

  • Order Tracking: Use the “Order Tracking” page with your email or phone number and order number. A confirmation email will include order details.

  • Delivery Disclaimer: We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit or delays caused by carriers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses.
