5. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Area: United States only; other countries are not supported.

  • Shipping Fees: Orders ≤ $136 are charged $11.99; orders > $136 enjoy free shipping.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days from order confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery: 8-15 business days after shipment.

  • Carrier: UPS.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM Monday to Friday (PT) are processed the same day; otherwise, processing starts on the next working day.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders within 48 hours can be canceled immediately.

  • Orders after 48 hours: we recommend waiting for delivery and then using our return process.

  • Requests will be processed promptly; if eligible, refunds will be issued within 1-3 business days using the original payment method.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Period: 30 days from delivery.

  • Eligible Conditions: Product appearance issues, quality defects, significant color deviation, wrong item, odor, or optional returns.

  • Return Process: Contact us via email or phone with order number, payment details, reason for return, and photos/videos. Approved returns will receive a return address. Return the product, wait for inspection, and refunds are processed upon approval.

  • Exchange Process: Similar to returns; replacement shipped within 1-3 business days after inspection.

  • Return Labels: Provided to ensure proper identification and tracking; customers should attach labels securely.

  • Refund Process: Refunds processed within 1-3 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: For defective or incorrect products, shipping is covered by us; for voluntary returns, shipping is at the customer’s expense.
